We offer a flat rate shipping at $5.95 for all customers within the continental U.S. If you are outside of the U.S. or if your order’s weight exceeds one pound, your shipping rate will be displayed at checkout. Optional rush shipping will be available at checkout. We do our very best to offer you the lowest shipping rates possible. All orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight and size of order.

When will my order ship?
All items generally ship within 48-72 hours of being placed excluding weekends and holidays. If your item does not ship within 48 hours, it's more than likely due to a natural disaster like a tornado, flood or hurricane, in which case we will then deliver your package by drone, camel or owl depending on where you are located (drone if you are in California, camel if you’re in Egypt or staying at that cute Egyptian themed hotel in Vegas, or owl if you are in England, London or anywhere where there is a king, queen or a golden snitch).
How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
So you want to send a present to someone special? Maybe your high school teacher now that you're of consenting age, or those hot little beefcakes from Instagram? UndiesLive makes an excellent gift! If you'd like to use a ship-to address that is different from your billing address, just choose it when you checkout.
What is your order packaging like?
Absolutely gorgeous! Discrete on the outside (no markings stating that there is “scandalous underwear” on the inside) and loud on the inside just the way you like it. You’re welcome… to call us daddy!
How do I track my package?
We ship all orders by USPS or UPS and once the order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Additionally, you can log in to your account and click the order number and the tracking number will be displayed. Note—sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you do not receive a tracking number, you should see a rainbow in the sky. Your package will be at the end of the rainbow with a baker's dozen of fairies and sparkly shoes. It's all waiting for you!
Missing package?
If for any reason you think your order may have gone missing, please contact us immediately so we can help you solve this terrible crime! All missing packages must be reported within 7 days. Unfortunately, if you do not report your missing package within 7 days of your order being placed, we will be unable to assist you in any way. We take this matter very seriously and it is a crime to make false claims.
